Pami Maugham, Vice-President of Benefits Strategy Solutions, is an Human Resources Professional/attorney with over 14 years’ experience managing both high-level projects and day-to-day HR issues. 

Ms. Maugham is skilled in the management of all aspects of human resource management for a diverse range of organizations, including government agencies, large corporations and law firms.   Her expertise includes employee relations, legal compliance, disability and handicap laws, family and medical leave, military leave, and wage and hour laws. 

She is a qualified Human Resources Administrator and holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree from Rider University in both Human Resources Management and Management and Organizational Behavior.  She also holds a JD from Widener University School of Law.
